We are committed to providing each and every animal we see a caring, friendly and professional service. Before your first session we require you to read the terms and conditions and sign your agreement on the My Vet Hydro veterinary referral form.

  • All animals treated at My Vet Hydro require a signed and dated veterinary referral form.
  • Payment for services, including those claiming through insurance, is due on the day of the session. Payment includes cash and card payment. Sadly we do not accept cheques. Block bookings must be paid for an advance.
  • We accept that you may occasionally need to cancel an appointment. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice the session will be charged in full.
  • If your animal has an injection or contagious condition you must inform us and reschedule any sessions, the cancellation policy applies.
  • You must not feed your animal 4 hours prior to a hydrotherapy session.
  • Please ensure your animal has had the chance to toilet before coming into the centre. Please clean up after your dog in the hydrotherapy and hospital grounds.
  • There is a signposted parking facilities in front of the rehabilitation centre, please use these spaces and not the veterinary hospital car park. My Vet Hydro is not responsible for any damage, theft or injury caused by persons using the car park.
  • Please keep your dog on a lead at all times in the car park and centre. Although your dog may be generally well behavied, there could be other injuried animals at the centre which could be overwhelmed or hurt by normal friendly dog behaviour. Also remember at all times that the A59 road is very busy and a fast road.
  • Please keep all other animals (eg. Cats and rabbits) in a suitable secure carrier box at all times on the car park and in the centre.
  • Please read and abide by the visitors health and safety information when entering the centre. Footwear must be sensible and clean, especially in the wet room where water on the floor is unavoidable.
  • We kindly request that you bring your animal in as clean as possible. We understand that at certain times of year it can be a challenge to keep your animal mud free.
  • My Vet Hydro has a responsible eco- friendly water management system and will maintain the highest water quality at all times.
